A group of ocean traders. Now some are pirates, some are merchants. But they don't raid each other. Fral-Nar is the capital. The castles are feudal lands owned by minor Sea Kings. They are required to defends the borders and lands by the Major Sea Kings.

A blasted area, barely any water, not many living things. Doesn't look like much in this overhead large scale view; however, there are many ruined small stone and adobe villages. Some say the ziggurats are still in use.

contested lands ? No one seems to know with whom The Grand Duchy is having to fight for this area. Could it be a hoax ? Or just monsters who like to attack civilization ?
